1. The laying of the crane roadbed and track should comply with the factory regulations, and the ground resistance of the track should not be greater than 4Ω.

2. A gantry crane using cables should be provided with a cable reel, and the distribution box should be set in the middle of the track.

3. The crane with sliding line power supply should be marked with bright colors at both ends of the sliding line, and the sliding line should be equipped with protective railings.

4. The track should be straight, the fishplate connection bolt should not be loose, and the track and crane operating range should be free of obstacles. The gantry crane should release the rail clamp.

5. The key inspection items before gantry and bridge crane operation should meet the following requirements:

1) The appearance of the mechanical structure is normal, and the connecting parts are not loose;

2) The appearance of the wire rope is good, and the rope is firmly stuck;

3) All safety limit devices are complete and intact.

6. The operating room should be padded with wood or insulating board. After the power is switched on, a test pen should be used to test the metal structure and confirm that there is no leakage 

before starting the machine. Special escalators shall be used in the upper and lower control rooms.

Seven. Before the operation, no-load operation should be carried out, and the operation can be carried out after confirming the normal operation of each mechanism, reliable braking, and sensitive 

and effective limit switches.

8. Before starting, a sound signal should be issued first, the lifting and lowering operation of heavy objects should be smooth and uniform, and fast should not be used when lifting large pieces, 

and the rope should be tied to prevent swing.

9. When transporting inflammable, explosive, harmful and other dangerous goods, it shall be approved by the competent safety department and corresponding safety measures shall be taken.

10. The lifting route of the organism is strictly prohibited from passing over the human, and it is also prohibited from passing over the equipment. When the car is walking empty, the hook should 

be more than 2m from the ground.

11. After lifting heavy objects should be driven slowly, driving should not suddenly change speed or reverse. When the two cranes work at the same time, the distance should be 3 ~ 5m. Do not 

use one crane to push another crane.

12. When the crane is walking, the driving wheels on both sides should be synchronized, the offset should be stopped, and the adjustment can continue to use.

13. During the operation, no one is allowed to cross from one bridge crane to another bridge crane.

14. When the operator enters the bridge from the control room or performs maintenance and repair, there should be an automatic power off interlock device or cut off the power in advance.

Fifteen. Open-air portal crane, bridge crane, when six and above the wind, should stop the operation, and lock the rail clamp.

16. When the deflection of the main beam of the gantry and bridge crane exceeds the specified value, it must be repaired before it can be used.

17. After the operation, the gantry crane should be parked on the stop line, locked with the rail clamp, and the hook should be raised to the upper position; The bridge crane should park 

the trolley in the middle of the two tracks and lift the hook to the upper position. No heavy objects shall be suspended from the hook.

18. After operation, the controller should be set to zero, cut off the power, close and lock the doors and Windows of the control room.
